1. Who you are contracting with

ClientFlow AI is provided by Clientflowai ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use ClientFlow AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

2. The service

ClientFlow AI is a subscription platform for local service businesses that provides lead management, AI-assisted customer replies, follow-up automations, review requests and analytics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No interference with the security of the service: malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping or circumventing plan limits.
• No reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the service.

5. AI features

• You are responsible for the prompts and business content you submit, for having the rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs — including reviewing messages before they reach your customers.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice, and should not be used without human oversight.
• Prohibited AI use includes generating illegal content, deepfakes or impersonation, hate speech, harassment, malware, or attempts to jailbreak or bypass safety controls.
• As between you and us, you retain rights in your inputs and, subject to these terms, in the outputs generated for you. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, contact us through the help center and we will investigate and remove infringing content. Repeat infringement leads to account termination.
• We may moderate content: we can filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts that breach this section.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide and support the service.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the ClientFlow AI software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our refund policy explains how to request a refund. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service level

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. When access ends you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clientflowai is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
